We appreciate everybody is different, and some people may prefer to work for a smaller company, and others with internationally known engineering companies.

Unlike other agencies, we believe in an open and transparent recruitment process, based on mutual trust. We will tell you exactly who we are working with, and you will be fully briefed on the companies we are working with prior to you giving us approval to represent you. We aim to visit all our client’s offices before we work with them, to ensure we can give you a full brief on the environment, office culture and projects they work on.

We also understand that a career move is a big decision, so we are happy to come and sit down with you face to face to answer any questions you have about the company, or how the market place is at present. We work nationally, so where ever you are based, we can meet you at a time convenient to you, whether that is on your lunch break, before or after work.
